Chelsea announced the departure of Nigerian Victor Moses from Chelsea to Fenerbahce on an 18-month loan deal until the end of the 2019-20 season.
Moses has not been having playing chances since new Blues boss came in this season. And that has made the club offload him. Chelsea wanted him to move away on a permanent basis but he did not see any offer he loved that would make him go permanently.
However, Victor Moses has expressed his delight at completing the deal to the Turkish giants Fenerbahce.
The move would be a relief for the Nigerian after the torrid spell he hard under Sarri. He would need to play regularly as his country would be preparing for the Nations Cup.
Chelsea coach Sarri prefers to play a 4-3-3 in opposition to Antonio Conte’s 3-4-3 system that afforded Moses the chance to express himself on the field of play.
His, new club Fenerbahce are doing badly in the league as they are sitting in 15th position. His arrival will help injects fresh impetus into the side.
When he arrived Fenerbahce he expresses delight in joining them as he tweeted: “Delighted to have joined Fenerbahce. A huge club with incredible fans and an amazing history. Can’t wait to get going,” Moses tweeted.
